1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.3. Custom-designed or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

2.2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

2.3. Please include the RMA number and your order details with your return package.

2.4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

3.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3.3. We Will process the refund to your original payment method by 5 to 10 business working days


3.4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

4. Exchanges

4.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

5.2. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or custom manufacturing. These include:

  • Undergarments
  • Custom-designed or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Digital products

7. Late or Missing Refunds

7.1. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank.

7.2. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
